The virus that wreaks havoc on our system, taking us out of balance

September 11, 2013 by Reverend Katherine Ganev Soto

“If we pay attention and observe each experience, we can shift and transform the frequency so that the virus cannot thrive.”

Remember that “deja-vu’ glitch in the movie ‘The Matrix’ where the cat, that shows up twice, alerts the team that there is a virus in the system? Well, there is something that we do daily, both consciously and unconsciously, that creates and feeds a similar virus that wreaks havoc on our systems and takes us completely out of balance. If we pay attention and observe each experience, we can shift and transform the frequency so that this virus cannot thrive.

It’s amazing how easily we go into judgments without stopping to observe. We polarize and judge against the exact opposite of what we “believe” to be or “create” as truth. Here’s a scenario: Being large in size is ugly and bad. Wait, actually that’s not really true. Oh ok, being skinny is ugly and bad. Hmmmm… I think we are in the same energy and frequency of where we started: Unnecessary judgment of a perception that is created from someone’s initial belief which creates systemic programming through our universal mind, planting a seed to feed fear and nourish the virus.

There are many examples of these extremes of judgments such as masculine vs. feminine, black vs. white, democrat vs. republican, young vs. old, rich vs. poor, dark vs. light, and on and on and on. The judgment creates a belief system which produces the programming which feeds the virus. When we do this in such a polarized way, it creates fear and puts us into survival mode. One side must be right and the other wrong. If I’m right, then they are wrong and they are the enemy and are here to go against me and hurt me and my loved ones. I must protect myself. I fear for myself and my family. I must fight. This is war.

Having unnecessary or unhelpful judgments of self or others, holding on to someone else’s belief systems or prescribing to programming that is not truly ours creates this glitch in the flow of energy within our entire being (cells, blood, bones, organs, energy, atoms, molecules, stars, you name it…). This is the virus and it energetically attaches to our spine, which connects to every other part of our system. With precision, and via our weakest link, it will feed whatever fears or traumas are, or have ever been, present so that it can manifest physically, creating a circle of fear and harm in our system. It creates its own sustainable feeding frenzy to ensure its survival. And it’s doing a pretty good job.

How can we move out of this unnecessary judgment, beliefs, and programming space? How do we change the frequency to allow for supportive options and possibilities and to allow creative and supportive solutions to manifest?

Download the recorded version of the below.

  1. Set the intention (just intend) to be open to having awareness when you are in judgments, belief systems, or programming that does not align with your truth and does not best serve all concerned (that includes you).
  2.  Identify the judgments you currently have and ask yourself if it is your truth. Ask yourself why. Ask yourself about its purpose. Ask yourself if there is a place of neutrality that will better serve.
  3. Identify the belief systems to which you are currently prescribing. Tune into your heart space (sit in a quiet space and imagine yourself in the center of your heart), feel if it resonates with you. If it does not, discard it.
  4.  Identify the programming of which you are currently under. Tune into your heart space (sit in a quiet space and imagine yourself in the center of your heart), feel if it resonates with you. If it does not, release it.
  5. Begin to observe, on a daily basis, your reactions, how you feel, your tone of voice, and your physical gestures in relation to everything you experience. Take a step back from being in it and just observe. Connect with the part of yourself that is seeing, feeling, hearing, and experiencing.

Please note that not all programming is bad – I prescribe to brushing my teeth and I also don’t place my bare hands on a burning wood stove. Thanks mom for that programming. Belief systems and judgments also have their place in our societies. It’s when they are not in alignment with our truth or when they are doing harm in such a way that does not best serve all concerned that we may want to take a closer look and do some house cleaning.

We all have the power within to change our judgments, beliefs, and programming to best serve all concerned and to support our growth, awareness, and understanding on our earth walk.

Many blessings

See through the Eyes of your Inner Child

September 11, 2013 by Reverend Katherine Ganev Soto

“She doesn’t understand why she’s here, why she came, what her purpose is and she feels scared and all alone……. She takes another deep breath and she looks deep into my eyes and says……..”
Walking through the forest I see bright colors of blues, purples and reds. I Can hear the leaves crunching beneath my bare feet. The wind picks up and starts to sing a tune to me {imagining tune}.
Soft sounds wash through the cells of my being beginning to carry me and push me along, but in my resistance I fall to the ground and the leaves surround my entire being, pulling me into the dirt, into the deep, dark soil, into the darkness. I am surrounded by earth. I can feel her nourishment pour into my entire being and I can breathe here, even though what I know is air does not surround me. I am fully nourished by earth.

And I begin sinking deeper and deeper into the earth. I can feel land and sea creatures swimming around me in the earth. And I feel wetness, tears of the mother pouring and seeping through her pores onto my skin: raw, fresh, and visible.

And the roots within the earth start to run up my legs and arms and body, handing me across to all the other roots and they bring me to the surface. And as I come up under the ground, I am in a room, a room filled with books and knowledge, with creativity and imagination, stories, thoughts, beliefs, programming, ideas, and words. So many words.

The entire room is filled with everything that I think I know, everything that I think I understand. Flowers and trees and books and shelves and cups and windows and railroads and trains and….

And a baby sits in a doorway crying, screaming. I crawl over to her and I ask her what’s wrong and she just keeps crying as if she can’t see me. She has a golden orb, sitting in front of her, shining. Her whimpering begins to lessen. And she sits there and gives a big deep sigh as if she’s had decades of trauma, of sorrow, of pain and suffering.

Deep, deep sighs. She doesn’t understand why she’s here, why she came, what her purpose is and she feels scared and all alone, frightened, but curious and filled with an energy of all those who came before her and all the knowledge, wisdom, and things and words and objects, whatever is in creation, in the room, but none of it resonates, none of it fills her heart

And in this golden orb she hopes she can find an answer. She takes another deep breath, looks up at the sky as if to ask for guidance or plead for something more. She picks up the orb and puts it in her lap and studies it carefully. It is clear and shiny, perfectly round.

She puts her hands around it and places her third eye upon it and it begins to shift and move and it hovers above her lap and opens up and her big eyes stare into it hoping for some sort of sign or answer, some wisdom, some knowledge. And then it turns into a rocket and flies away.

And she drops her hands and lowers her head, almost in defeat, exhausted, exhausted in her 1 year of life on this earth. She takes another deep breath and she looks deep into my eyes and says: “go to your inner child, go to your inner conflict, and erase what is known, for that which is known is something we believe we own and in that ownership we destroy what is – the truth, the present moment, our inner child.”

And as we sit there, all that was in the space is gone: the books, the objects, the room. And we sit in silence, in stillness, or what we believe is stillness and in this space where there is nothing left I hear the beat of a heart, the beat of the mother, creating and sharing her wisdom, carrying me back through the earth, with the roots, back to my truth. And I ask for guidance, what is to be shared, what is to be told:

  • Movement and flow through the sound of energy, through transformation, will unleash and release your enemy
  • Of which you have with yourself alone… this is where your wisdom will grow
  • Letting go of what doesn’t serve and breathing in the sound of earth
  • The sound of oneness that shines through all, this is the knowledge, for which you have called
  • A universal signature, a heart that’s beating, with blood so pure
  • Pure of intention, integrity, of shameless sight, prosperity
  • Of walking through a land that’s broken, growing roots of what’s not spoken
  • aligning with your inner child, and trusting nature doesn’t lie
  • aligning with your feeling sense of wild nature’s innocence
  • of pure and raw, fierce compassion, to allow our existence, its full expansion

What does your inner child want to show you or tell you? Sit in a quiet place and ask, and then allow yourself to be taken on a journey of growth and expansion.

Many blessings

Are you holding yourself hostage?

July 10, 2013 by Reverend Katherine Ganev Soto

When I am here, truly HERE, I am near (in my truth, heart, and soul), I am someone I don’t fear.  I am me and me is I, within, my sacred soul!

The explosion seems unreal, fire bursting above and all around me; I am trapped, stuck in an inferno of unimaginable pain and suffering, my feet beginning to give under the extreme pressure of emotional turmoil. I keep walking but I know I am not here as I turn around and see my lifeless body draped on the scorching ground, arms splayed above my head in an attempt to pull myself to safety. I stand motionless staring into the darkness above my body that is surrounded by the vibrant flames, unable to move, frozen in a state of fear, imprisoning my ability to be safe, to walk in my truth, and to choose, to make a choice. Tears stream down my face as my heart wants to choose peace and love, freedom and joy, but the fear has gripped my heart, my throat, and my being and I allow it, feeling it take over my body, my being; feeling it begin to drain my hopes, my dreams, my life force.

In the distant I see a body moving toward us/me, engulfed in white light and with a large Wolf. Her eyes a mystical piercing shade, staring into my soul with a presence of peace, determination and profound and transformational possibilities. She scares me. She sees my body and my spirit separated and she says: You have choices

  1. You can stay in this exact moment, frozen and fueling your cells with the memory of fear, pain, and suffering, creating illness within your being, lost and trapped in shame, guilt, and sadness. And you will learn and grow.
  2. You can leave your body in fear, trapped in an optical illusion of false realities but a reality still the same, allowing your spirit to move on, yet still trapped in whatever pain you hold in this moment, frozen in the burning fire within the void, lost, held hostage in your own self sabotage. And you will learn and grow.
  3. You can step back into your body, feeling your fear fully, acknowledging it for the power it brings and transmuting it to create whatever you choose, whatever you desire in this moment, this space, yet still stuck in time and space. And you will learn and grow.
  4. You can step back into your body and allow me to bring you back to your being bringing your truth and your gifts to transmute the energy, make your own choices, choose your own path, create your own story, and write your own transformation. And you will learn and grow and share and transcend.

I know her, she is me.

When I am here, truly HERE, I am near (in my truth, heart, and soul), I am someone I don’t fear.  I am me and me is I, within, my sacred soul!

Many blessings
